opperation accountability, target the very people who would like these boutique-y items and purchase them at Tar Jay are also couponers. And as a couponer we are talked down to by cashiers and harassed by managers just for trying to save money.So before I buy anything fashion and design oriented, first target needs to get its act together about their coupon policy.
