I was riding with a friend who lives in Tokyo but the previous weekend I had rented my own bike (CB400) from a local Honda dealer in Nagoya. I think all Honda dealerships rent motorcycles as they have the poster on the wall detailing the rates. I rented a bike for 3 days and cost ~$180 (all inclusive). It would help if you have a friend or you can speak some Japanese as the guys who work at the dealers cant speak English. Hope this helps!

For the love of something! Please let me know how you were able to do this. I saw a video a while ago of people doing a skyline ride in Japan ( A country I seriously want to visit ) and I never got a response back on what they had to go though to get a bike on their trip.
