  • You can build anything and im not saying you cant build and sti. With enough boost, you can make anything quick. But the truth of tue matters is that this vetter is practically stock. It has no power adder whatsoever. All it has is exhaust to help it breathe, tune in order for the timing and air fuel ratio to be optimal, and lightened flywheel so that the engine can rev freer. No nitrous. No boost. No domed pistons. No stroke. Nothing. Off the line or not, this vette is a nice high 11 second car

  • @ treyofour seriously! Dude come to Cali and get bombarded by STI's that'll tuck your tail between those legs bro! I'm a huge Vette fan too but brodie, you haven't crossed paths with an STI that has any serious mods yet. When you come across an STI with a built block and a 35r at minimum, hit me up. Or at least hit me up if you are in Cali and we will have some fun. Respect to all enthusiasts and their cars.

  • Also my boys stock block 30r freak beat two vette's while on race gas. One was a C5 vette with No2 and the other (the same night) was a C6 zo6 with a super charger. Honestly the spraying vette gave him a better run and no lie, he beat both from a dig. Barely! I think you can find it on here. I'll ask him what the vedio title is.

  • Honestly, too much to list. Email me and I'll give you my build! AWDsome08@gmail.com

    Subie enthusiast welcome!

  • @AWDsome08 I can believe that you took him then 425whp in a z06 is a baby cam and ported stock heads. I love STI's to my friend one of my favorite cars and they sound fucking great! Well if i get beat on my new setup which can happen. My motor can handle up to around a 1000whp. So i can always add spray or boost later on!. Tell me a bit about your build.

  • @Danzglass well, I beat him 3x's and honestly it wasn't unroll about 120mph when I saw him inching up. I'm just telling you the mods he told me he had. He was in an 02 Zo6 and claimed with those mods he was pushing almost 430whp.

Granted you are now stroked and at 550whp I'll be right there if not slightly above that in march after head work. I love vette's but I love my baby bu betta! :)

  • @str8gone04 Made 425whp not long before this Video. STI's cant hang after 80-90 with the z06 due to gearing, weight and aero.

  • @AWDsome08 If you did take out a head/cam z06 he had a very bad tune or a baby cam and some ported stock heads. It takes a lot for a STI to run with a Head/Cam z06. PS: The z06 in this video now has a ls2 402 stoker making 550whp.

  • Ps, my STi beat a z06 with heads, cams, intake, exauhst. I'm at a mild tune with 460whp 450ft. But, I'd still love to own me a zo6 someday. :)

  • Looool yeas man.no way.zo6 is faster.sti .the turbo in your butt loool

  • I call BS on the 425whp STi

  • @sergsrt8 The vette does have heads/cam/intake manifold now. It runs pretty good these days. Next a bigger motor and some spray!
