  • Health Care Reformers Want to Kill You!

  • I live in a state that has had tort reform for years and it has done nothing to decrease my insurance premiums. The continue to rise every year right along with my co pays. 37 states have tort reform already so what difference will it make on a federal level? None Tort reform is another lie that the republicans are using to just keep saying no everything. Boy I hate republicans.

  • Yes, they do have the authority to regulate interstate commerce. They didn't nationalize the banks, they are using our tax money to bail them out because the previous administration failed in their constitutional duties to regulate them properly. You throw around the word "socialism" (without apparently knowing what it means.) Try also looking up "fascism" (government support of industry and its profits) which you seem to prefer. By the way, the Supreme Court determines constitutionality.

  • deet360. Of course they have the power to write laws, but they don't have the constitutional authority to nationalize banks, auto companies, regulate executive pay, or demand that the insurance co hand over info on corporate retreats, executive pay, profits, claims paid out, etc. There is an agenda to demonize them when 83% of americans like their insurance plans. And they don't have the constitutional authority to replace capitalism with socialism, they can't force people to buy health insur.

  • Are you serious? Read the Constitution, and you will see that Congress already has the power to write legislation. It is redundant to cite Article I, Section. 8 every time they use those powers.

  • Demand that every bill written must reference the constitutional authority and legitimacy of that bill. Sign the Enumerated Powers act petition at downsizedcdotorg. Click on the campaign tab and scroll to the enumerated powers act

  • I'm going to guess less so than you. At least he uses facts to back up his accusations...

  • maybe someone should do you a favor and throw out your computer... It will keep you from posting such ignorant and stupid comments about someone that you know nothing about...

  • Oh yeah, and Fox is so not tied to the far conservative right... Oh wait! They are the far conservative right! But that is not the point. Maybe you all are miss hearing my father, and miss reading the quote that I typed out for you... "on CNN, from an independent panel." Not from CNN's independent panel. It was CNN who showed the Independent panel on their channel. The independent panel in question had no affiliation with CNN, they were just reporting on it.

  • Do your father a favor...throw away his TV!~ lol
