  • where do you guys get your "dome style" capsules for the cockpits, they look pretty cool.

  • NoobyRC the canopy on this plane and some of the others we built are from the local hobby shop. They are made by SIG and come in various sizes. The one on the Mini Dragon is part# SIGWC807 the last digit is the length in inches.

  • You should stick a NEU motor on it!!!

  • backintack I did eventually get bored with the speed of the plane and have since then put a Suppo 2212/6 motor on it. It now flies 70mph+ which is much more fun!! Putting a NEU motor on this plane would just rip the wings right off of it, lol!! I will probably build a scaled up version of this plane later and build it for speed using our usual Henry's style fiberglass weave method to make it strong enough for the higher speeds.

  • how long does it run?

sometimes you have to recharge it for hella and it runs for just 30 min and it crashes

  • skatereatsmonster with this original power system I was getting about 8-10 minutes run time on Rhino 1500mAh 2 cells. Since this video I have upgraded the power system to a Suppo 2212-6 motor and 30amp esc. The plane will fly much faster and run times are under 8 minutes on Rhino 1350mAh 3 cells. I can usually recharge these batteries in just over 30 minutes.

  • drag0ns1ayer691 this is my slowest plane, lol!!! I have acutually changed the motor setup on it to a 2212/6 and 30 amp esc. The plane flies 70-80mph now.
