This song is State of My Heart by Bobby Kimball. This one and the song I Could Use An Angel by John Hiatt are two of the best songs in this movie. Unfortunately they are both very hard to find songs. If anyone knows a place I can buy the soundtrack, please let me know. :D I'd also like to buy the movie and can't find it either. I love 80's movies - this one was a B movie but I still found it very inspiring when I was a kid. :)

I wish they would release this on DVD, I still have the VHS copy I bought from my home town video store when it went out of business about 10 years ago! LOVE ALL the songs from it
