It was Jero and his grandmother's (who is japanese) dream that he would become an enka singer someday. His grandmother died, never seeing him fulfill their dream, so that's why he sings enka... for himself and for his grandmother. For the haters out there... geezz if you only knew what japanese people know about this guy. Im sure your comments wouldn't be so negative towards him. It's nice to see people fulfill their dreams and live their lives dedicated to people they love and remember.
