Chad was interviewed for InsideOut TV. He talks about how he found his business mentors, how he started and grew his business and how you can copy his system. 1 801 617-1300
I'm pleased you are doing just fine. One of the great things that is happening in our community is many people are committed to personal development. This is not just about creating wealth, it is about the person you become in this journey. For those who chose to participate in our system of systems we promote the responsible accumulation of wealth. Truly successful people work on themselves as much as they work on their business. (As a note, I know numerous not so humble millionaires.)
Once again, you don't get it. I was at a three hour real estate workshop yesterday. We host social events, networking and many independent events within the community. I can introduce you to numerous community members who are indeed making multiple six figure incomes? Apparently you have never taken the time to attend some events. There are marketing events, also known as business overiews. Once again you clearly don't understand the business model. Not sure why you are so bitter?
Your statements here are once again an unfortunate misrepresentation of the business model. Revisit your training modules (if you ever reviewed them in the first place) and you will get a clear understanding of the business model. If you have questions there is a wealth of community resources online and in person (if you attend community events... hint) that will assist you in building your business - whether that be real estate or the marketing side of your enterprise.
Dude, I don't beleve you are really a student and clearly you don't understand this business model. Your comments are lacking in substance and if you are truly interested in creating success you need to take your business seriously and stop blaming other people for your own failure to take charge of your life. I wish you the best.
I will say the motivational "support" to follow your dreams, be an entrepreneur, and just "work hard, dont give up" stuff at NRU is good, but that's not what I paid $19,500 for. I paid for top notch education and support and coaching from a mentor. OH, the "coaching" lol. You get "coaching" as part of the program. The "coach" is sitting poolside sipping on a daquiri spewing some napolean hill/kiosake/t robbins stuff. who cares! COACH ME ON SHORT SALES, OR SUBJECT 2, REAL ESTATE! I DONT
When we came back from the college, we wanted to start doing Real Estate deals, I called our "mentor" and all he said was,,,"get on the national conf call with questions". Well the national call has about 100 people on it and its an hour. I never got to ask my questions, the calls were loud, obnoxious, and poorly ran. I thought my "mentor" was going to help us with our deals. Thats how its presented. "we create investors" is the slogan. Well, they should change it to" we create direct salesman"
their products. See, the "mentors" are NOT Real Estate investors. Yea, maybe they bought a property or 2 or 3 or 4. but they are not day to day real estate investors. Their BUSINESS and where all their "wealth" comes from is selling tuition packages to people like you. They are VERY good at motivating people, cute little catch phrases, cheesy motivational videos, etc. However, take it from me, first hand, the "mentoring" is all about salesmanship, marketing and getting people to meetings.
I'm not here to bash Chad personally, that is cowardly and rude. I am here to saw beware to those considering spending a dollar with NRU. I attended the "college" 2 of them actually. Came back, started a RE investment company and doing very very well. Making more money in 30 days than most make in a year. BUT, my "mentor" had NOTHING to do with that success. NOTHING. They preach "community" and "support", well the only support you get is to get on a conf call to learn how to better promote
How come Chad didn't leave his family the millions he claimed to make in the past years? Oh, that's right, he was a lying scam artist...
