@fanthor Yes, civil court ordered sentences of brutal whippings in Malaysia are Barbaric. There are other "Malaysian" videos depicting these third world savages as well and their sadistic mentality. The bar of lawyers in Malaysia even protested against these disgusting medieval floggings by voting to abolish this cruelty but the abuse by this government continues.

@heathirving I don't care if someone is warned they will be abused or not, the rest of the civilized world knows it is EXACTLY sadistic, barbaric TORTURE. This is how the third world savages from Malaysia act, and one cannot help wondering if they are still throwing spears. Thanks Amnesty International and other human rights groups for helping expose sadists. Sick homosexuals or perverts that delight in abusing men commit such acts, Those that engage in this cruelty are one of the other.

its not torture,you are warned,if you commit certain crimes,this is the punishment.

if you dont like having your arse removed of its flesh,dont commit these crimes.

what i do think is torture is child rape,rape,murder,serious assault,and drug trafficking,which is a slow torture

amnesty international hasnt ONCE spoken about the victims.
