@jennypicalo1 I am in total agreement Jenny, I would love to see this thing truly solved, and every innocent persons name cleared and more important whoever did this travesty to three boys, should be punished AND prevented from doing this again. I am always very torn by the testimony of the bojangles manager. He is one person who appears to have no reason at all to lie. @darksiderulz52 After giving it much though, I agree with you. I'm sure the investigator knew what he was doing. But now it's time to bring charges & put him on trial so we can finally get to the truth. Those precious boys deserve that much. I'd rather see an innocent Terry Hobbs face a jury and clear himself than a guilty Terry Hobbs getting away with such horrific murders. Someone has to make him explain his inconsistencies where it will matter most - a court of law - on trial for murder.

it is a very weak interrogation, but its voluntary, if this cop or another gets in his face or starts accusing him, he would have just said I'm done and left. In a situation like this they could,nt hold im so I can understand it. Now when people say he shoulda been interrogated sooner.......I'm definitely on board.

It is unbelievable that this man was not interviewed until this date. Completely unbelievable. If the good old boy network did not exist, this would not have happened. At the time, Hobbs was just your middle class, leather jacketed dad in grief to the police and nobody bothered interviewing him because it, naturally, could have only been someone that didn't fit that good old boy "look"

Terry molested his daughter and Stevie recurring for a few years, such as forcing Stevie to watch him masturbate and make him perform sex acts on his sister Amanda. Amanda continued to claim that Terry sexually assaulted her frequently. Apparently, a doctor confirmed these allegations of forced penetration. Along with sexual abuse, beatings were supposedly a regular occurrence as well.

@amberfwn Behavioral psychology's my minor. Noticed the exact thing. He slightly fidgets when asked questions where only a guilty person would feel uncomfortable. I noticed this through out the entire interrogation. He also uses defensive posturing by crossing his arms. Look at how he acts when DET asks him on 2:28 "Is there anything...Terry gets defensive & counters at 2:45 "Well really I don't know what you're investigating I don't know how to answer that?" That's something a guilty perp says.
