Valentines Day is coming up this weekend and to stay within budget, you can quickly make a free 30-second short video through a website called Animoto.com. All you have to do is upload your photos, add some text (optional), and choose your music. Then just send it to your friend or loved one. Grab the photos from facebook or your personal digital album of photos. Heres an example of a photography album that I created with the photos in my database. However, I did use an all-access account so that I could create longer videos.
