I have to accept that you were right, I saw an article that says that there is going to be elections this year in cuba, there is like 5000 candidates, I guess It all comes to, do you like comunism by the name of this guy or comunism by the name of that guy! and yeah political groups are huge there, Youth for comunism, mothers for comunism, reporters for comunism, military for communism...

First of all, political groups have always been allowed. Labour organizations have been allowed since the Batista dictatorship fell also lots of other social and local organizations have been allowed. But now more kinds of organizations are allowed, like trotskyst organizations and there have been talked about allowing other parties also. Also Trotsky's books are now allowed and most criticism are also allowed. Everything is not right yet, but it's getting better and better.

Mugabe is a tyrant. He became a tyrant many years ago. Just because he started out fighting a good fight doesn't mean that he will always be a socialist or that I support him. Mugabe is like Stalin, he uses leftwing phrases to make him look better while he makes himself just as bad as the ones he was supposed to take power away from.

Cuba is looking good. It has it's problems but things are getting better, for instance, more and more politically groups are allowed on Cuba, also critically groups. Also the works of Trotsky are once again legal.

I'm a materialist and believe that what you call human nature is just the reflection of the current capitalist society. If we change society, we also change what you call human nature. If we create a society whit out hunger, war, stress, poverty, unemployment and all that kind, there will be no basis or reason for egoism and therefor egoism will not exist among humans. What you say is an anti materialist argument and in a period where all science is based upon materialism, that's just ignorant.
