  • @Ironlung916 > :-) You have a point re: my video title. I'm new to posting vids, and although I have a vast knowledge of fitness nutrition though years of study, perhaps I should put in a disclaimer, lol. Or maybe name the vids 'Vegetarian athletes' meals' or something. Thanks for the advice, broseph. Please subscribe to see how your advice is getting on :-) Ps, calling football, football is fine by me, none of this 'soccer' business! haha

  • @MePaulP Because it says vegetarian bodybuilding meals in the title video is all. So I thought you were claiming that you were a bodybuilder and saying this is a meal you use on your diet. SO of course I was like " uhhhhhh how is he gonna sell people he's a bodybuilder and eat this stuff when he looks like a football(soccer) player " lol. No doubt it's healthy but I'm positive in the canning process they add lots of sodium to also preserve the food. I think I actually will give this a try.

  • @Ironlung916 > Point out the part where I said I was a bodybuilder and we can discuss it. You don't have to have been to ancient Rome to be a history teacher! I'm an endurance athlete, so mass is the enemy.

When food is canned, being in the can IS the method of preserving! This is why food in cans can last for years, because air can't get to it and break it down. So nothing has to be added. Cheers, friend :-)

  • You didn't mention how much sodium is in this because of all the canned beans and other things that contain huge amounts of sodium to preserve the contents inside. And not to be a total dick but you are no bodybuilder.

  • @MePaulP :)

  • @kalijasin Sure do!
