Great vid and great gym. Gotta say I am a little jealous! Live in the NE, but would love to get in here some time. And as far as all the haters comments, they can go to hell. I like how inclusive Brian keeps Metroflex. EVERYONE is an equal once they walk thru those gym doors! Ignorance and arrogance do not belong in a true hardcore gym...
