There is tons of info on U-Tube about greens but not much on how to put into practice a fruit based diet. Thanks for these videos! Do you mail order your mangos?

@husabutt I'd like to get some special mail order mangos from Florida sometime, but I've just been taking the easy route and order in bulk from my local co-op. :D

Hey Chris, a question... how early in before hand do you get your fruits before you eat them? I´m sorry if my words are a bit wierd.

@thatfruitarianchick It usually takes about a week depending on what time of year it is. In the summer when it's warmer and more humid, it may only take 3-4 days. But in the winter it typically takes about a week or so, depending on what kind of fruit. Mangos should be slightly soft to the touch and very fragrant and sweet smelling when they are ripe. Then they'll be ready to go. High quality fruit really makes a difference too.
