RE: Basic Proof of God and Explanation of Christianity

This is just a rebuttal to a video I found randomly. Tell me if you like these video responses because they don't take very long.

the big bang is the explosion of a singularity, i'm sure you know what a singularity is. but basically it was EVERYTHING in the universe packed into an infinitesimally small point in space, it was always there, but it reached a critical point and exploded (i believe that most physicists/cosmologists infer that the singularity was entirely made of hydrogen since they say that the stars are the factories of the other elements, but not sure.) so the law of conservation of mass doesn't apply, ^_^

@openmindset  Yes, common sense is only one part of the equation, What you believe is your business and what I believe about the bible I call common sense. The proof for me is called reality and what my mind will accept as the truth. Sorry if that didn't answer your question, but it satisfies me and as soon as a higher power makes it more obvious, I will remain in my position. Not only is a mind a terrible thing to waste it is also very difficult to change.

@AtheistBrit What gives one the right to say that only science has the truth. How can one verify that science has the truth? Or is to have the truth is just a circular definition of science and truth? Truth is defined as what science proves true and science is defined as what proves that something is true.

@Dwicker64 "Common sense" is what you offer to believe in what you believe, but to believe in what others believe you want PROOF! Some people believe that the existence of god is common sense. Why is your common sense better than others'? Are YOU God? Just a question, what would satisfy you as a PROOF that god exists? If you ask for a PROOF, you should know what a PROOF could be. Just asking...

Great video and excellent comments and rebuttal. My thinking is anyone that believes in the bible has a mental problem of some kind. Like you said just read the bible and most likely you will become an atheist if you have any common sense. Just look at the evidence and quit believing in a man made creation. Give me PROOF!

I would say that if the message is urgent, then bypass the pictures and post... however, I do like the pics, but I understand that it can become time consuming to make them, and when done they can have more impact..

Excellent and well thought-out rebuttal! This is the most common argument I come up against - trying to pick holes in science (usually with commonly debunked arguments), then filling that gap by saying "God dun it". It's the God of the Gaps argument that is, frankly, getting old hat.
