The vehicle he's using is a 4-star speed and 2-star acceleration. He unleashes all his items at the beginning to slow the AI(◄ "eye")s down, rarely hits anything, and drifts + mini turbos like crazy. He's not in the cluster, so the only thing that would've slowed him down was the Spiny Blue Shell.

Wario uses his armpit to slide.

Walluigi almost flies off the cart at beginning
