  • Sadie,

thank you so much for this. I am amazed how energized I feel after this. Just to know I'll get my body back ;) I love your personal style. Thank you for your extensive library on YouTube. I appreciate you.

  • wow thank you so much Sadie for all your yoga vids. I have been doing them for a couple of weeks now and already have become stronger and lost inches!!! People have been commenting on great my skin looks and I tell them it is all thanks to your you tube vids. I am only young but suffer severly with arthritis, I now take less pain medication thanks to you! My family are happier as I moan less in the mornings from pain. I am now saving for your DVD's. Thank you so much Sadie you truly are my angel

  • Hi Sadie!

Thank you so much for posting this - I've been scared to get back into my daily yoga routine ever since a car accident nearly a year ago that left me with chronic neck pain. This workout is especially great to help me with my core (which seems to go first when you stop working out) without the stress on my neck. Incidentally, do you have any tips to prevent neck pain in other sequences?

    Thank you again,

    Liz
