Oh by the way the best news of all for real surfers who don't need a paddle is that the US Coast Guard has,deemed SUP's to be a water craft and by law are supposed to have a life vest and a number on their vessel .The best news is that they are NOT ALLOWED IN THE IMPACT ZONE!,Just like a Kayak.For the mean time I moved out of Malibu and am enjoying not having a PADDLE splash around me.I don't have to look at that awkward SUP stance.and hear 3rd grade comments come out of Lairds mouth.
