Rwanda Orphan Care Soccer - PEACE Football Club

The PEACE PLAN and the Rwanda Orphan Care Initiative mobilizes and empowers the local church. PEACE Football Club was established to maximize the impact pastors and volunteers can have on the lives of the children in their community, by playing soccer. Volunteers started to get to know these children, hundreds of people investing in the lives of these children.

The PEACE Football Club equips and empowers the local church in Rwanda to be the hero to thousands of children. Utilizing volunteer coaches and referees from the church, children are taught soccer, offered relationship and character building, and most importantly, the orphan and vulnerable child meets families who will know their name.
