Ahem, the first time I get to do real acting under the direction of my good friend, Ethan who plays Jesus in this short skit.
Being a raw and untrained actor, I wish I could have played the roles with more burden. In many ways I feel connected to the character who tries to fit all in her life- putting on masks to hide her genuine feelings or if you see it in another sense- putting on masks to satisfy the people around her but is never satisfied herself.
My personal thought is we are all like that. To a certain degrees. And only Jesus who sees that dishonesty in us and He dies to reveal that ugliness in us and because of the cross, there's nothing we should be fearful of anymore.
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
A simple Christmas skit acted by the youths of HOPE EFC. No laughter intended; any burst of laughter is purely accidental and uncalled for by the stage actors.
