I wish I could print like the Fed and be an instant billionaire. Williams you and your Krugmanites are such dipshits

ill go look under my bed for the money Brian.

Is the interviewer a babbling idiot? "find the money?" Thank goodness he never became a CPA.

It absolutely drives me to tear soy laughter when these reporters and nay-sayers talk about "finding the money" Christie knows all the facts, all the numbers, and smacks them all in the face every time. YOU CAN'T SPEND MONEY YOU DON'T HAVE. And Christie demonstrates that no amount of double talk and political smoke and mirrors is going to change that fact that the money DOESN'T EXIST. Christie for PRESIDENT.

Let's keep spending until we're broke like Europe, yay!!!

These critics and those who think alike LOVE to spend other people's money from their expensive perches in NYC or whereever they reside.
-
The problem with this criticism is that it's pure nonesense of course, but specifically, they don't point out, quite conveniently, HOW NJ and the USA as a whole GOT to the point it's in. Of course, I say conveniently because it was by overspending for projects/benefits that all these critics thought was in the long-term interest of hte people, but of course, they wouldn't point this out.

"From the New York Times. I'll take a bow for that."
Priceless.

"We don't have the money."
How much more plain speaking can a Governor be? Why is a Governor attacked for being fiscally responsible for once? Some people will just keep going back to a dry well and cry like babies when they can't get what they want. Listen to how Brian Williams just expected him to "find" the money as if NJ just has a huge stockpile of cash sitting around waiting to be discovered. What a moron for even suggesting such a thing.
Notice how when Christie quickly and clearly articulated the reasons for not building the bridge, the interviewer was reduced to a childish-level of response "can't you just find the money?" And everyone could see how foolish the interviewer was. This type of direct clear answering, instead of fancy rhetoric, leaves no wiggle room for the opposition, it exposes their weaknesses so everyone of all language and educational backgrounds can see it. That's why the best speakers are CLEAR and DIRECT.
