This tank is old now . it's out of service and it doesn't better than the new generation of the modern tanks.

@halo4019 It was designed in early 60s, and its still in use around the world. In Russia its mostly stored in strategic reserve, with some in use.

Awesome. Very few people realize a T-72 is just a cheap Knock off of this tank. And was initially designed to support this tank.

@alongthebluff T-34/85s only ceased production in 1993. There are still some in the reserve inventories of many countries and there is even a modernization kit available. With better optics and a new engine and applique armor thee tank will make a very good light tank for small countries. The gun is still considered an excellent weapon for its size. There are many T-55s around the world and in Russia they're used for training and in anti terrorist activities.
