This is a clip from the 1954 film Qoloub Al Nas starring Faten Hamama (who was married to actor Omar Sharif) as the daughter of a bellydancer who only confesses her "secret" to her daughter on her deathbead. The daughter then goes to seek out her father, played by actor Hassen Riad. In this clip Nadia Gamal and Loula Abdo both dance while singer Souad Mekawee sings her most memorable song "Lamma Ramatna el 3een" a song which is still aired on Egyptian radio to this day.
Loula Abdo was an egyptian bellydancer who danced in more than 25 films. Nadia Gamal was born in Egypt ( Alexandria) though she became known for being a Lebanese dancer. She later obtained Lebanese nationality.
