Playing Umineko no Naku Koro ni Doujin Fighter -- Ougon Musou Kyoku

Been hearing some buzz about this PC game, made by 07th Expansion (creator of the doujin series Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Umineko no Naku Koro ni) , so I thought I give it a try.

Honestly, this game is quite interesting for a two on two battle system, well except for how cheap the CPU is in Hard mode as they always keep on blocking until I'm able to break their shield. The story in Arcade mode also seems nice, just hope that the creators, or someone, are able to release a English patch for this, lol. There is also netplay available, but I haven't tried it yet. Playing this with a game pad is really hard to use, especially when you're trying to dash and/or block at the same time. An arcade stick might work, but I still have to get use to my Blazblue Arcade Stick since it is really loose.

I have all the parts for this game, but i dont kow how to install it, can you help me please. im not a pc gamer but i love fighting games and would like to try this one. can you help me with what to do? how to install and make the files a playable game.

Since the game's files are mostly translated in Japanese, the current settings for your system locale can't read all the files while it is installing. You'll need to change the settings in your system locale region to Japanese in order for it to read the installation files. After restarting the computer, it should start working.

Thanks, I figured it out after hours of tinkering, bitching, and reading anything I could find relevant on google lol. I'm using Applocale to run the game and now I know how to put files together to play games. Definitely a learning experience for me. I went on to install This game ofcourse, Vangaurd Princess, Big Bang Beat, Thein-Ron, and Akatsuki Blitzkampf.Some other descent 2D Vs. fighters in their own right, especially VP and Triple B. Now If I could only get MKVermillion to work... sigh
