Aha I used semitic  in differeny context . In the Babble , Canaanites are Hamites too , and if you ever read the Babble you would understand why this is so (Jews considered Hamites cursed because of the actions of Ham , and since they hated Canaanites they add them to the Hamites) .

However , linguistically and historically Canaanites are THE most important Semites , they are the ones who developed the alphabet .

Sorry dude I don't understand peoples aversion to the bible, but it most certainly is a historical document, to be referenced w/ other historical material and Scientific discoveries. if you don't take that into consideration, your knowledge will always be incomplete. Race & Ethnicity is not just based on "Y Chromosomes, but history, culture, languages, region, Ethios are clearly black.

With all due respect , there is no such thing as a "hamitic" people . Anthropologically , and through y chromosome classification , there are caucasian , negroid and mongoloid . Sorry but its not me who wrote that stuff .

First of all the Ethiopian people are classified as a Hamitic people one of the 1st tribes of the offspring of Ham, where all black races derived from. Amharic is an adaptation of Bantu and Arabic languages and is spoke in the region because of the extensive trade between Arab peoples. Doesn't make Ethiopians mixed with white. Please do your research before you speak in public places... Thanks!

black people , on the other hand , mostly look like , well black people. their original languages are very distinct , almost all  of them never had an alphabet , and most of them have such great features as clicks and tones and whistling etc

i think you should not be asking ME to do research if you are citing the bible or anything biblical.

ethiopians have caucasian features and speak a semitic language (amharic) which is very close to languages spoken on the arabian peninsula and the levant (and yes that includes jews) .

Ethiopians are one of the 1st black peoples. their culture and bloodlines trace back to biblical days, if anything Ethios, Eritreans, sundan and Somali people are the true descendants of the ancient Egyptians.
