Grand Chief Ron Evans - address media on Pope Benedict XVI.

The Pope expressed "personal anguish" to a Canadian delegation of residential school survivors led by National Chief Phil Fontaine with the Assembly of First Nations.
The delegation made the trip to the Vatican to hear the Pope's statement in a private audience.
In Canada, First Nation leaders and some of the 80,000 survivors who are still alive had mixed feelings about the events.
Some thought, like Fontaine, that the Pope's statement was enough.Others were disappointed because the Pope did not use the word " apology"
Grand Chief Ron Evans, himself a survivor, said it's up to each survivor to decide for themselves. He stressed it's not the words that count, it's the actions afterward that will be he real test of the Church's sincerity.
