Even under a plea bargain, he will be a registered sex offender for life; he will have a criminal record; he will never practice medicine; he will never be able to leave the country or do any world travel, he won't be able to travel to Canada, ect. Was this "cheap thrill" really worth it?

Wolin should have lived during the Civil War era in U.S. history. Men his age used to marry young girls in their early teens and no one thought anything of it.

since everyone knows about it, he should just plead guilty and get on with the sentance and his life...i mean even though he might technically be doing this to stay face, he is damaging his reputation further by continuing to prolong this...3 yrs is too long, he would be done his sentence (or close to it) if he just said yes three years ago...and money! just insane!
