It is about suicide, depression, so it has a very angst content.
It's about Hermione looses her parents she is depressed Harry tries to comfort her but she commits suicide, than its Harry who suffered through his life and loses Hermione, Ron tries to be there for him but he falls apart, remembering Hermione he realize how much she meant to him, he cuts his wrist  and follow Hermione.So there is Ron lost her two best friend, only Luna can see the danger of this. Ron goes through the same depression, thinking about suicide , remembering his friends, life becames greyer, then Luna smile flashes before his eyes and comes to the surface. Never too late for change your mind. After that he is ready to let go of Harry and Hermione.
Confusing moments:
At 02:12 it is Harry slowly drifts away and he feels something he doesnt see, its Herrmione's "gost" or "soul" who kisses him.
At 02:50 Luna saying trying to comfort him, offering a smile.
At 02:57-03:15 Ron remembering his best friend, his presnt becames greyer by every livid memory flashing trough his mind. But Luna's smile bring her back.
At 02:16 Its Harry's and Hermione's gost disappering represent that Ron can finally let go of them.
