"'Every Little Thing' was the last song I thought I was going to write before I threw in the towel on music," Soft Swells' Tim Williams tells Spinner. "Instead, it ended up sparking the flame that would create the band Soft Swells with long time friend Matt Welsh of alt-country band Phonograph. The video for 'Every Little Thing' was shot in eight hours by Detroit-based director of photography Mike Berlucchi in and around the Salton Sea.
