in his home country...obviously i,ve strayed away from the seagull a tad but
if you make a video of her further antics we can get back on track.....you did seagulls i did crows it,s all connected

the movement is her trying to swallow the food she has in her gullet, in later life they learn to move their heads from side to side to try and force the food down

It's possible, thoguh a few people have said shes very young. I'm no expert myself.

She is young (how are you sure that the bird is a female?)
Juvenile gulls are typically grey, and they turn white as they reach maturity. This one still has some grey feathers...
