I'm 21 and I can't get enough of Red Skelton, Hogan's Heroes, and the Three Stooges. Thanks for posting this!

It's so sad that with thousands of digital, cable, and satellite channels out there under the control of only a minute number of conglomerates that shows like Red's have been relegated to oblivion and that only same programs, insipid commercials and movies are played to death. At least, we still have the annual showings of "Rudolph's Shiny New Year" and Mr. Skelton's priceless "Father Time." What a genuinely sweet person. "Good night, good health, and may God bless. Good night!"

Do you have that episode of when they pull a prank on red and turn his room upside down when he is drunk? Or atleast know the name of the episode. If you do send me the link to it. I really be grateful.

@JDSeabolt I envy you. Red Skelton died shortly before my 9th birthday. I grew up watching his old comedy shows with my grandfather. He was a true, irreplacable comical genius and will always No 1 in my book. He brought laughter to many many people and he will be greatly missed.

@fromthesidelines Score! I saw this show on January 1, 1963.
(Uh-uh, don't figure out my age, LOLOLOL, but have a Happy Thanksgiving).
I'm 25 and i grew up with Red Skelton, along with Benny, Hope Abbott and Costello, The marx bros, and Ritz Bros, ect and my dad has some autographed Skelton clown paintings. The tv and radio program bring back very pleasant childhood memories. Thanks for posting these.

I met Mr. Skelton in Laguna Beach at Southcoast Med Center. Some of his artwork was displayed there also. A very nice man. Very cordial. Still one of the funniest comedians I've ever seen. Thanks for the post.

@JDSeabolt What a great experience. I believe the gentleman we saw on TV was the real Red. -Michael

My grandfather introduced me to Red and his show when I was 7. Im now 34 and still think he is in the top 3 comedians to ever walk this earth. My grandfather and i would watch his videos whenever i would come over. My grandfather has since passed but i always think about him when i watch red skelton. Thanks for posting this. Brings back a lot of really good childhood memories of me and "pap"
