Mexico - A short Impression

My short impression of some nice things I encountered on my trip in Mexico. Me and a friend (@Skaffaeltv) went to Playa del Carmen (Iberostar Tucan/Quetzal) and we've traveled to Tulum, Coba and went into Playa del Carmen from there!

This was definately one of my best holidays up until now!:)

Just wanted to share it with you guys, it was all shot "on the fly" and for fun to get a quick impression of the locations that I've been to, because I was off-duty, enjoying my well deserved holiday! So 90% of the time I didn't have a camera with me at all and that 10% was not shot professionally, but just like a tourist!:P Like I said... I was on vacation!;)

I tested out my new Canon 550d (T2i) and it works nice and produces nice footage! My Sony FX1 I was hardly used because it was too professional to take it with me to the Mayan temples.. So only on the road shots and some beach/hotel area footage was shot with that. The parasail/jetski and (under)waterfootage was shot with my HD Hero from GoPro.

And Mexico (Playa del Carmen) is definately worth a visit!! I'm going back very soon!!:)

@SubkulturedArts Thnx man! Just wanting to share it with the world how I experienced this place.. It's a waste if u shoot nice footage & u just sit on it.. So I decided to make a vid like this from every nice place I go to on holiday! Normally my shots are a little bit more on point, but since this was a primary test run for my new T2i and I was on vacation, it was a bit more casual shooting!:)

Fantastic video....it helps that I've just recently returned from the Iberostar Tucan, and so recognise a lot of the shots (pardon the pun)  : )

@JCVdude Thanks!!:) Maybe next time I'll be there I will make a longer one! This trip I only shot 2,5 hours of footage (instead of my usual 7/8 hours!).. Also had to test that Canon T2i, because it had just been delivered 2 days before I left!:)
