kastmasters are fish magnets. I caught 7 rainbow trout in about 2 hours at a local lake.

No, it doesn't bring fish to the area. Once you've caught a fish you place it on the fish holder, and the fish will stay secured and alive in the water next to the boat or on the bank. Its a chain with 8 bobby-pin like links on it, push it in release a pin and slide it threw the fishes mouth and gill, then fasten the pin back to secure the fish.
