I love this video! And I suspect that those who have a problem with the message are either an enabler or participant. Either way, the mass bad behavior needs to end.

The parents that needed to hear this message was not sitting in that church. The church in my neighborhood said, "We don't bother with neighborhood people, because they're scary." If no one wants to be bothered with them, how are we to expect change?

Mayor Nutter had no right to yell at the congregation. He should had stood at 15th & Market that Sunday, and spoke to the kids as they ascended from the subway steps. He could had asked the children
1.What brings you in town?
2. Do you know of any activities available to youths?
Recreation centers are not the only option. Playing sports is not the only option. Parents don't know where their kids are, because they didn't want them in the first place. I can list 20 constructive activities.

says the man that wants to shut down 65 schools

this man is a REAL HERO. Unlike 90% of the phony black leaders out there who try to divide America along racial lines. This man preaches responsibility. Imagine that. The African American community is mostly a negative mark on America. This man is an exception and he needs to be followed.

Hello Mr. Mayor, People of Mt.Carmel Baptist Church,
I thought my whole Life's Labor was in vain. Am I happy to be wrong about that. Some Youth & Adults in Philadelphia Schools - horrendous. I was Terminated over and over. Labeled all sorts of things ex."Racist" I asked -" why do Black children give me such a difficult time ?" That trend - I experienced. I am a Black Teacher - they hurt me. I was there to be of Service, they were there to destroy the Learning Process.

This guy is the man. This is good advice to follow and learn from whether you are white, black, brown or purple.

I'm a forty four year old Black Republican man. And tears are running down my face because, this is what needs to be said! And not just by Bill Cosby, who is now called a sellout. If this Dem. Philly mayor runs for president and holds to this reality I'd vote for him. And the first bi-racial president; Has Obama said anything like this?

Nutter speaking the truth. Something most black democrats don't want to hear.
