Chef Martin Yan shared his valuable experience and philosophy until he becomes a world renown chef during his session with chef Robert Danhi at 2008 ACF (American Culinary Federation) National Convention being held July 13-17, 2008, at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.
According to Chef Martin Yan, he became an apprentice in his family's restaurant in Hong Kong and learned naturally to respect hard work while staying focused and paying attention to details. Since then, he has been given countless classrooms and lectures to professional chefs and published 30 cookbooks and created over 3,000 TV cooking shows.
