  • Both Genteal and Refresh are great products. The ingredients are slightly different and I find, for me, that Refresh works better. However, Genteal is a little less expensive, so may be a trade off.

  • I would recommend Nature's Tears EyeMist for relief from dry eye.

  • I imagine this particular Refresh is more expensive than the Genteal gel which I use and like. The latter has a non-irritating preservative.

  • awesome tips- i had the same surgery and my eye doesn't cry which is very weird. so glad to see such a positive video out there!
