I got a new camera for my birthday. The audio sounds a little funky. Sorry if you don't like it. I might switch back to the old one.
I was sitting next to Eric's wife. She was saying how no one ever picks her name during this song. Well, Jim did. Then she says it's a lonely job because she is the only one clapping. Then I look to the right and notice a guy and another girl clapping. So, I tell her that that man's name must be hers, too.
It cheered her up.
Today we have both Eric and Jim singing a song made famous by the Monkees but written by Neil Diamond. HOORAY!
For those of you who don't know, Diamonds and Martinis: The Neil Diamond Tribute and Las Vegas Revue are exactly that. They are a Neil Diamond Tribute and Las Vegas Revue 'band' featuring Eric Ebert and Jim Best.
They are pretty big where I live, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Enjoy!
NOTE: Neither Diamonds and Martinis, Jim, Eric, nor I own any part of this song.
