Please contact me at toumilovitch(at)gymaweb.com !!

  • @jrg305 Right...

  • @VanniGio Haha man I thought I was tall for the sport at 5'10" :) I can't do a circle yet...I'd like to be able to do a back handspring first...

  • @alfredoball20 In my area there is not much available in mens training. Most of it is in colleges, some offer beginner classes. If there is any training for men I normally see it in the same place that trains kids, but usually in the evening. A lot of states have a state gymnastic association you could contact.

  • is there a place i could go as an adult to learn these techniques. i look up places but theres only for kids. are there classes offered for adults? for pommel horse?

  • last guy...most epic flairs ever!

  • @red666A I'm a gymnastics coach and I've got some boys who are doing decent flairs after about a year. Pommel horse is the toughest event in men's gymnastics -- ask anybody -- requiring tremendous core strength, balance, flexibility and supreme concentration. What these guys are doing, especially the single pommel work, is quite difficult. What the elite and olympic gymnasts do is simply unbelievable.
