ha.. never-mind...i just formated the card and took out the batteries ...it starts...thank god for that

I should've searched for a video first... :(( I just entered menu and didn't see the spash screen just pushed update firmware ...after 7 min the screen was black and the led still on

you say not to get a card bigger than 2 but I went to chdk site and they said not bigger than 4--i want to run up and get it now but which is the correct answer

What you could do to get a better view of the screen is hook a composite video output up to a USB video capture device. Just a heads up. :)
