Beautiful?
perhaps - if one likes gaudy games-arcade style carpets, and the outside is far from beautiful, unless you like a floating box.
I think the architect lost the plot.. He's supposed to be designing a ship, not a floating apartment building with funnels.
Frankly I think as a piece if navel architecture it's a disaster. An engineering masterpiece it certainly is, but its a million miles from being 'beautiful.'
