beacause most of the time, these people are big beacause of tsomething that has happened in their life and they don' know how to deal with it. Or when it runs in families. YOu try and stop doing something when its all you've ever known...Its really not as easy as you would be led to think.

Ok, my question: How can a person become soooo big, without thinking "I need to stop"??? I would notice that I'm too big, before I put on 10 kg!! YOu really need to be that fat, heave 150 kg, to do something about it??

Not really that short either. 5'6" and under is considered short. 5'8" might be short for a fat guy, but it's not too bad in comparison to everyone.
