I see good technique and potential here but you need to emotionally feel the song and express it with your fingertips to produce a much more emotional piece. It is okay to sway your body a little and let it move with the music. Listen to other recordings of the piece to see where the tempo changes and where the volume increases/decreases. Don't restrict yourself to the stuff written on the sheet, and definitely, be more expressive. @buddydog1956 : i agree, she'll get it soon :)

@CloudTT I couldn't agree w/ you more! She needs an 'extra' ear to help her play this piece as it should be played! Give her time though, she's young and has time !
She'll get it!

I agree with clearwooddumfries and willnulife. The most powerful and driving rendition of this piece I've ever heard!

laisses toi aller, ton coeur n'y est pas, mais la technique est déjà là, c'est le plus dur. Ah l'adolescence comme elle peut cacher les qualités
First lemme say bravo. Good job at a hard piece. I am going to honest. I don't find much emotion. You are staying at one pace, not speeding up or slowing down at the right times. Perhaps a little more quiet at the beginning. It just sounsd so bland. It is a nocturne, meaning night. The piece should be a dream like state. There also seems to be a slight overall speed up throughout the piece. The end should be very dream like, and you should slow it down in the end and quiet it up. Best wishes!!

Lovely, and the emotion was full, not over done. Shame some folk seem to think you have to sway like a nutter to do this!!
