Learn with this tutorial how to connect and use Remote Desktop Connection.

This works with Windows XP, Vista and 7.
You can use RDC with Mac OS X with another program found here:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/C/B/9/CB943CBF-DDA8-4580-A711-88AC2376...

You need:
- To change some settings in 'Remote Settings'
- A user account with a password
- RDC installed (from your Windows Disk)

This easy tutorial will show you two computers running Windows Vista.

I hope you find it useful.

  • anyone help me, how to know the user name and password? I just stuck on that.

  • @otaijab The user name and password is what you use to login to the computer with. So if your user account does not have a password, it will result in an error, however some patches on the internet allow you to use Remote Desktop with blank passwords.

  • is it possible to connect without logging off the remote PC?

  • @photofoshi If your asking if its possible to connect to the remote computer without having to log them off... yes, its possible... you'll need to do some tweaks in your registry and find a suitable "hack" online that can do it for you. Try searching with Google for your OS to "allow multiple remote desktop connections"

  • i have a question. i get to the part when it say "Enter Your Credentials". what am i supposed to put for this. if you can get back to me at this it would be great.thanks.

  • @Arphaxad0217 When you're asked to enter your credentials, you need to enter your user name and password. If you don't have a password for that user account, then you won't be able to connect however there are hacks that you can download which let you login without a password. Hope that helped.

  • @UploadVideos247 oh I see.. can u suggest me any idea to hack other computer?

  • Thanks for the video. Helped me a lot.

  • @honkhmguy It could be the version of Vista you are running, all versions allow to connect TO another PC but Business and Ultimate are the only ones that allow you to connect FROM themselves. However there are some hacks out there on the Internet that let you connect from Home Basic/Premium .etc - Also, sometimes some computer manufacturers don't have it enabled for that model. - Apart from that, it would work!
