Wallacea - the coral triangel - stands for the most prominent eco-areas worldwide. In these azure waters you can find the most diverse and important coral reefs of the
word.
500 different kind of corals and thousands of marine species are forming a diverse habitat of sponges, invertebrates and many fish species. The research Expedition Wallacea studied the marine wildlife of this area and points to the urgent need to protect this hotspot of evolution.
