i don't dislike him because he is a republican. this isn't a partisan issue. the fact is, 5000 american soldiers died in iraq to justify the 3000 americans that died on 9/11. another 50,000 innocent iraqi civilians died as a result of our invasion. This should outrage everyone. we didn't got to iraq to liberate their people from an oppresive dictator, bush went over there to liberate america from a dictator that no longer wanted to represent western influence, but wanted to focus on hisownland

Well that's direct democracy it's a different form of democracy, the Swiss have it. It's very difficult to implement because whenever you want to change anything you have to ask the people directly, you'd find that in a country of 300 million people that it would be very hard to implement, nothing would ever get done. They used it in Ancient Athens aswell but with a population of about 50,000. Changes need to be made but it's just not feasable to have direct democracy in America.
