Yeah definately a lot of ignorance here. Girl is a National Champion, wrestles at U.S OPEN, and Worlds. Top of the heap girls wrestler made tough by all those matches against boys who were stronger, and some better. But it is all about heart - did she ever quit, did any of those losses break her, Obviously not. Kuddos to you girl - truely the stuff champions are made of.

Im a 16 year old girl and a junior in high school, im considering taking up wrestling. i dont feel it should only be a sport for guys, just like cheerleading should only be a sport for girls (which i am). Do you have any pointers or suggetions for me

people bash on girls alot in wrestlin..its just not right, girls can defintly be good wrestlers, just as good and better as any guy.really bugs me..i seen many girl wreslters myself.
