Following Public Movement's reception of NSK's Irwin Group on the opening of 'Irwin - The Eye Of The State', came a singalnog cabaret of pioneer and victory songs performed by Maya Duenitz. Exhibition curator Avi Pitchon guested with his rendition of his favourite Israeli song, the lyrics of which are relevant to the exhibition's themes of the fate of the utopian dream.

  • You might be confusing different TV shows...the song is from 'Tiyul Besifrey Agadot' which focused on a different story every time...you might be referring to 'Al Sfat Hanachal' (Tales from the Riverbank) but I don't remember a cat there...anyway the lyrics of the song definitely refer IMO to thoughts about the possibility or imposssibility of utopia.
