This is the first of four parts of our epic English project, THE CATCHER IN THE RYE FIRST BLOOD PART II.
If there was an Academy Award for Best High School English Project, this thing would win seven.
We made this as a comedic take on J.D. Salinger's classic coming-of-age novel, The Catcher in the Rye. The novel is about a distressed teen who runs away from prep school and lives in New York City, circa 1950.
It's original premiere was delayed when the film was considered too violent to be shown in English.
We now present the film in all it's full, uncut glory. Enjoy.
