Whey Protein is a GREAT formula for muscle strength gain and recovery!!! Learn the most simplest way of making your own protein drink.

What I did:

Whey Protein
1 and a half scoops

Cup
12 ounces(or 1 and a half cups) of water or milk! Milk tastes ALOT better so I suggest using milk instead of water in the video.
